Happy Bosch Day!!! The final, ugh!, season of "Bosch" dropped on Prime today and I'm excited/sad to watch. I'm not ready to say goodbye!
Good thing we have all the books to read as well! Just finished "Truck Music" last night, and wow MC does NOT disappoint! He sets up the perfect L.A. in the 90's (Rodney King, O.J. trial) and suddenly we have the mob from Vegas/Chicago as well! The book from start to finish is absolute perfection and I love reading about the old-school ways of solving crime; pay phones, typewriters, etc - it's awesome!
As a tribute to L.A. in the 90's I figured it was only right to post a photo from back then versus the book cover! Stay tuned for the next pick on the TBR list....
